When either you or a loved one decide it’s time to find help, it’s easy to become overwhelmed with the many available options. Our Care Consultants provide thorough assessments and then, match the individual with the treatment services that best meets their specific needs.
After spending years cultivating professional relationships in the behavioral healthcare field, our Care Consultants are extremely knowledgeable about the different programs around the country and personally visit as many sites as possible to better serve our clients. Having an experienced advocate to guide you or a family member through this process, helps ensure you will receive the treatment needed to facilitate emotional health and wellness. Whether there are personal issues, family issues, legal issues or something else motivating you or your loved one to seek help right now… we will assist you every step of the way.
We work with adults and adolescents. Some who are beginning their journey to recovery, those who have had multiple treatments, or anyone who needs help locating resources to help support them in their sobriety. We are able to work with our clients from the initial assessment to implementing appropriate aftercare. We will be there for you and your family, to help, to support and to make sure you receive the best treatment possible.
Regardless of how programs are marketed, please remember that no single program or therapist can be all things to all people. Our commitment is to get to know our clients on a deep and meaningful level, to understand those core issues which underlay their current difficulties and to locate and evaluate those treatment professionals that are best suited to provide the recovery needs of each of our clients. In addition, we focus on facilitating the development of the therapeutic relationship between such clients and their treatment professional and the communication among all members of the therapeutic team.

A Step By Step Process to Accessing Treatment
- The first step is to acknowledge that you or your loved one needs the help and support of a professional.
- The second step is a thorough assessment to determine exactly what the issues and problems are. This is done by phone, with either the individual seeking help or his or her family members. Often, individuals have more than one diagnosis and this can create complex problems. We understand how imperative it is that all issues be addressed in order to maximize the chances of long term recovery.
- The third step is to find the treatment option that is the best clinical match for the individual. There is a range of choices, and often, we may suggest a combination of services that will provide the individual with the best chance of long term success. We do extensive research and actually talk with the different admissions departments to make sure our client will receive the best care possible.
- The fourth step is for the individual to talk with the suggested treatment facility and proceed with an intake assessment. At that time, a date will be determined for the client to enter into treatment. The Circle of Care can accompany the client to treatment program, if need be. We will stay in contact with the professionals at the facility during his or her stay.
- The fifth step and perhaps the most important is to develop and follow an individualized aftercare plan. Most people need long term, ongoing support as they continue their healing process. We can provide a comprehensive and holistic plan that offers the best type of support network for a person’s growth and recovery.
We have spoken with countless people who have spent years in therapy and treatment programs yet many of the core issues that lay at the root of the problem not only had never been addressed but had never even been identified. It was not the client who had failed treatment; it was the treatment that failed the client.
What these clients and their families really needed was someone in the field to guide them through their journey, to serve as an advocate and to educate them along the way.
We will never obligate anyone to follow our recommendations nor will we coerce compliance. We are of the belief that either you have come to the conclusion that your life has become unmanageable, and you are open to change, or you will not be ready to embark on this journey of personal discovery and personal responsibility. Sometimes the first step is simply to listen to other people who may have a different idea. They say the true definition of insanity is “doing the same things over and over, and expecting different results…” Our goal is to help break the pattern of insanity that is addiction and untreated dual diagnosis for anyone who would like the chance to make their lives better.
We will open the doors for you – you chose to step over the threshold – or not.
The choice is yours…
But we’d like the chance to help you make the right choice.
